Cooking the perfect steak is a feat few can say they have conquered. But the KP Architects team was up to the challenge last Friday when we attended a ‘MasterSteak BBQ Cooking Class’ at the Norman Hotel for our team building day.
Leading the class through the afternoon was the hotel’s manager, Michael Fallon. He educated the team about all the different types of meat before each person was encouraged to select a steak for lunch. The task of cooking it was then up to another team member, which came as a surprise!
Fortunately for some, Michael guided us through each step and before long everyone was breathing a sigh of relief after devouring delicious steaks all round. Most impressive was Luke and Jason’s choice of steak – a monstrous 800g wallaby steak. It was a job well done by all!
