The fit-out for Pier Marina Mirage is now complete and the venue, located where the old Saks tenancy once was, is open for business.  The space spans over two levels with a central island bar on the top level and bench seating and dining on the lower level adjacent to the Broadwater. There is an interactive kitchen at the rear of the space and a wood fired pizza oven that takes centre stage. We are looking forward to trying the pizza and the cocktails in the coming weeks.
