A couple of years ago we designed and obtained a Development Approval for a commercial building on the vacant site at the corner of Stanley and Allen St, Woolloongabba.

Due to GFC constraints, the project has been on hold since then and has now gone to the market place with the developer securing tenants. The 3D artist, Simon Finger did a wonderful job of presenting our design in a truly lifelike manner.
