Sandstone Point Hotel, the new sister for Eatons Hill Hotel, was opened to the public yesterday after a very enjoyable opening party held last Sunday. After almost 3 years of planning, design, documentation and building work, the venue has jumped off our drawing boards/computers and sprung into life. It was really great to see how the 1300 or so invited guests inhabited the spaces we conceived and we look forward to regular return visits to enjoy the food and entertainment. A heartfelt thank you goes to Rob and Dave for giving us the opportunity to be involved in such an amazing design opportunity for what we hope will be an exceptional success. Our job is complete, but your job is really just beginning …. we wish you all the best.
