Stage 1 at Seaford has opened to great success and the pub has been given a new name and branding, now the Beach Hotel. The refurbished areas now open to the public are the Bistro and Gaming Room with the builders now moving on to Stage 2 (Public Bar and Terrace). KP recently visited the site to prepare the defects list for the completed portion. He commented that the new areas work much better now spatially and that the custom carpet (supplied by Brintons) really does set off the entire space. The owners have done a great job of complementing the new interiors with their table settings and decorations and as designers it is lovely to see this attention to detail followed through. We can’t wait to see how the new bar areas for stage 2 progress (due for completion early April) and also to see the outdoor roast in action!
