Kallangur Diamonds Tavern is now complete. KP Architects were engaged to refurbish the existing gaming room, sports bar and bistro area; removing the original Irish tavern theming while still maintaining a tradition public bar aesthetic.
Internally, rich heritage red and brass tones were adopted with the feature of the refurbishment being the extension of the existing bar and relocation of the main sports bar area to adjoin the outdoor terrace. A traditional axminster carpet was selected and feature pendant lights suspended to increase the ambience of the space and highlight the warm timber feature ceiling and columns within.
Externally the hotel was repainted and a new Alucobond clad portal installed – reinstating a fresh contemporary facade and highlighting the new Sport Bar and Gaming Room entries to the hotel.
