We’ve recently been commissioned to provide conceptual drawings / masterplanning services for an extension and refurbishment of the northern end of the Deception Bay Shopping Centre. The works include providing a new major retail tenancy, some specialty stores and works to the existing facade. We are in the process of progressing the drawings ready to lodge a Development Application for the works.
