Construction has commenced on the latest residential project in the office, a 4 storey house situated on a challenging site overlooking the Brisbane River at Norman Park. Mikat Constructions has been appointed as the builder and have erected a 30m crane to deal with the site constraints. After a few initial hurdles getting the job out of the ground, Mikat are pushing ahead and, weather permitting, are on track to complete the works by Christmas this year. We have attached KP’s initial concept sketch above, along with some images of the extensive site excavation and the crane.
