Located in the heart of Adelaide’s CBD, this project involves the minor refurbishment of the ground level forecourt and entry foyer of an existing medium-rise commercial building. A lovely existing Maple tree is to be retained and cobblestone paving has been introduced to establish a sense of retreat from the busy intersection. A small pavilion has also been introduced to encourage outdoor dining and activating what is otherwise a very barren and underutilised space. Builders are currently pricing our proposal and we look forward to progressing to construction within the next month.
