Soon to be a new addition of KPA’s portfolio -The Beach House, Hervey Bay is on site and progressing smoothly. An unorthodox approach in construct has seen a huge benefit in time saving. A strategy to build the top floor before the ground floor has seen the roof on before Christmas ready for fitting out in the New Year. The boys worked through the night pouring the 1400m² first floor slab in one pour – a good effort. The imaged views are now evident, the adjacent park, the jetty and across the bay are now framed from within Harvey Bays new to be Function Room. We are looking forward to seeing the final product in the coming New Year – We will keep you posted!
