We’ve recently been busy completing design drawings for the submission of a development application for a major renovation and extension of an existing hotel in Sydney’s outskirts. The proposal retains the original 1930’s heritage cottage and the proposed additions echo it’s linear gabled roof form. Separated by a bisecting laneway, the new wings protrude clear of the existing structure and out into to the sloped fields beyond; a modern interpretation of the rural architectural style predominant in the early part of last century.
