We’ve been commissioned to prepare drawings for lodging a development application for a new Child Care Centre in Ferny Hills. The proposal also consists of a small commercial offering that activates and enhances a prominent corner opposite an existing suburban retail centre. The site itself has had its challenges because of its size and its gradient not to mention that it has been previously approved for medium density residential. Our hope is that this new proposal will be favourable to Council and it will pass through the DA process with relative ease.
