After completing construction documentation for the works to the proposed Sandstone Point Hotel, we recently attended site to see the speedy progress of the builders. Construction is well underway with the structural basement works completed and ground floor slab poured. Standing in what will soon be the entry to the hotel offered a panoramic view of Bribie Island, the iconic Bribie Island bridge and the glistening waters of Pumicestone Passage. The builders are full steam ahead with the formwork for the upper floor to be erected and slab poured over the coming week. We look forward to the container of space that will emerge upon delivery of the steel work within the month. Watch this space!
