Our documentation is now nearing completion for the Quay St Residence. Our clients seem happy with what we have designed for them and are about move out of the existing house ready for demolition.We’ve still got some specification and detailing to complete but we’re on track to get documents out for tender before Christmas. We are really looking forward to getting this one on site and built by the end of 2013.
