Over a month ago now, KP Architects was one of five local and interstate architects invited to put forward a refurbishmant proposal for the Wickham Hotel in Fortitude Valley. The brief included the refurbishment of existing internal ground floor areas (public bar and gaming room) and first floor lounge/function bar area and to provide a new scheme for a beergarden in the disused drive through area, all on a limited budget. We were very pleased to be awarded the project and look forward to progressing in the coming months.
