Back in 2001 we designed a restaurant adjacent to the Palace Cinemas on James St in the Valley which was aptly named James St Bistro. Now after over a decade, the original owners have come back to us to revamp the space to suit an updated branding and menu. They have approved our concept and works are now being undertaken on site over a 3 week period to minimise disruption to the business. We look forward to the opening of “Chowhouse”.
